Hey everyone, I'm the AWESOME AVOCADO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love eating fresh foods and veggies because after I eat them I always FEEL better. I feel like I could run a triathlon, ok I won't go that far, but I do feel light and energized as opposed to sluggish and tired after a candy bar. I love being outdoors and playing with my pets but one of my favorite things to do is SWIM! I live to swim!!!
I always hear "eat right," but sometimes it isn't that easy. When you are on your way out the door you just grab something to eat and it is usually the first thing you see. That can sometimes lead to you eating things that aren't nutritious. I have this problem a lot so I have found some ways that I can avoid the grab-it-and-go problem.
1)When you are on your way out the door, grab the same things (try to be healthy with an apple, banana,yogurt, etc.) around the same time because the routine might help you fill up faster plus it reduces temptation
2) Watch your portion size!
3) Stock your car up with healthy snacks (bottled water is always good too!)
