Hey I know that no matter what im hungry for mexican allways tastes great!
So heres a great Healthy black bean taco recipie
Heres what you need
1/2 cup of LIGHT sour cream
4 oz. of green chillies (if you dont have ability to get them fresh its just one can)
15 oz. Black Beans (once again one can)
15 oz. of corn
1 tbsp. chilli powder
8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
1 1/2 cups of shreaded lettuce
1 cup grated chedder cheese
HOW TO
1. Combine sour cream and green chiles in a small bowl and set aside. Drain beans, rince under cold water, and place in small saucepan.

2. Add corn(with liquid) to beans in saucepan and cook over Medium-low heat, stirring for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain liquid and stir in chilli powder.
3. Spoon bean mixture onto the center of a tortilla, then top with lettuce, cheese. and sour cream sauce. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
These are small tortillas and I know theyre delicious. Post your review and lemmie know how they taste. :)
